Working alongside TE Capital to rejuvenate their St Kilda building we created two speculative offices side by side designed to be both independent or seamlessly integrated as one. The focus was placed on creating a complimentary design language across the two spaces while ensuring they maintained some individual identity and provide differing products to the market. We ensured the tenancies benefitted from the buildings parkland context with substantial access to light and views.
