Positioned on the top floor and overlooking Albert Park Lake this recently vacated tenancy was merged with an adjacent space. Taking advantage of the increased vistas we opened up the interior, filling the volume with light tones punctuated with splashes of colour and texture. The work spaces are articulated by shelving and planting creating formal and informal works zones and social spaces.
