Working alongside Moda Design Group we facilitated Redzed’s expansion to a full floor tenancy. Echoing our client’s business model of not being the standard financial institution we stopped the proposed make good to a warm shell and began with a completely raw shell. We then warmed the space with extensive use of OSB board, timber and select furnishings. Work areas were divided into zones emphasising intimacy and ensuring maximum acoustic performance while the breakout was divided into three ‘moments’, each with a different purpose and feel.
